NDIS SERVICES OFFERED
Care Plus Services is a registered services provider with the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Each participant in the scheme will have an individualized plan which sets out your goals and aspirations, the disability supports (services and products) that will be funded by the NDIS, and other supports the person requires.
If you are seeking supports with Care Plus Services, we will engage with you to deliver supports in accordance with your approved plan. We will enter into a written agreement with you that clearly sets out the supports that we are engaged to provide.
