Supports in this cluster focus on assisting the participants with specific skills development that will enhance the ability of the participant to travel and use public transport independently.

Assisting participants to participate actively in their community, includes supporting participants during these activities, and develop participant’s ability to partake in these activities. This also includes outside of School Hours Care for Teenagers with Disability required due to the additional needs related to their disability

Household tasks enable the participant to maintain their home environment. Thus may involve undertaking essential household tasks that the participant is not able to undertake.
