Supports in this cluster focus on assisting the participants with specific skills development that will enhance the ability of the participant to travel and use public transport independently.

This support focusses on strengthening the participant’s ability to undertake tasks associated with the management of their supports. Plan management is the financial management of a plan including making payment to providers, expense claims processing, developing monthly statements for participants and claiming for payment from the NDIS.

Assisting participants to participate actively in their community, includes supporting participants during these activities, and develop participant’s ability to partake in these activities. This also includes outside of School Hours Care for Teenagers with Disability required due to the additional needs related to their disability
